International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard focusing on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing management systems that align with quality in their wider business strategies. We operate on a risk-based approach, focusing on full job traceability. This helps improve communications, efficiency and the implementation of continuous improvement. Our new quality management system has integrated processes and procedures to ensure our services are reliable and meet our customers expectations. Our commitment to work towards ISO 9011:2015 accreditation demonstrates our devotion to providing a high-quality and consistent service to our customers and our ongoing investments in technology. ICPE underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment. We employ a non-conformance procedure to identify corrective actions. This eliminates the risk of future non-conformances and adheres to the quality management standards.
Our successful certification is a testament to the positive engagement of all our colleagues and demonstrates a clear desire to embrace the standard as a fundamental element of ICPE’s business growth and customer focus strategies.
